A leading IT services provider is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to build and manage AI agents. Candidates should have extensive experience with AWS services and Python. The role involves developing innovative solutions for agent lifecycle management, collaborating with teams for integration, and ensuring effective documentation. The position is remote in Colombia, with a hybrid option for Bogotá residents. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are required.

Formación

• Must have 5 years of experience in building conversational systems.
• Must have strong knowledge of AWS services (Bedrock, S3, IAM).
• Must be proficient in Python and data manipulation libraries.
• Familiarity with NLP/LLM frameworks for conversational AI.
• Understanding of MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring AI systems.
• Ability to design prompts and manage dynamic contexts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and configure AI agents using AWS Bedrock and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Develop advanced prompting strategies and context management.
• Define and implement metrics for agent performance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to integrate agents into CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows.
• Propose innovative solutions for agent lifecycle management, version control, and continuous improvement.
• Document architectures, best practices, and guidelines for self‑service deployment.

Requirements

Must have:

• 5 years of experience in building conversational systems or agent-based architectures
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (Bedrock, S3, IAM)
• Proficiency in Python and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, Requests)
• Familiarity with NLP & LLM techniques and frameworks for conversational AI
• Understanding of MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring AI systems
• Ability to design effective prompts and manage dynamic contexts
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to have:

• Hands‑on experience with KONG HQ (highly preferred)
• Knowledge of compliance and security best practices for AI systems
• AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty or Solutions Architect certification
• Experience in measuring and optimizing agent performance in production environments

Responsibilities

• Build and configure AI agents using AWS Bedrock, Agent Core, and multi‑agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, Google AI SDK, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Develop advanced prompting strategies, context management, and workflow orchestration for agent‑based systems
• Define and implement metrics for agent performance (efficiency, success rate, latency, cost optimization)
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to integrate agents into CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows
• Propose innovative solutions for agent lifecycle management, version control, and continuous improvement
• Document architectures, best practices, and guidelines for self‑service deployment

• English: Fluent Advanced (96–100%)
