Marsh in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Project Risk Project Administrator Supervisor. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and involves coaching managers and leading project administration.

The position partners with business leaders to deliver centralized, transparent client services throughout the delivery lifecycle, while ensuring compliance and high client satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams (3+ in insurance/financial or professional services).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.

We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Project Risk Project Administrator Supervisor is a dual role which includes providing day-to-day coaching for managers and non-managers to ensure a productive and engaged team including managing resource planning and monitoring workflows; additionally, the role includes project administration. He or she builds relationships with internal and external business partners, working alongside business leaders to provide centralized servicing with transparency and accountability across the client delivery lifecycle.

We Will Count On You

• Supervise a team of Project Administrators to ensure expectations are met.
• Effectively coach and develop team members to help achieve goals including oversite of established process, accuracy and timely delivery of client support work.
• Build effective relationships with external partners outside of the Bogota site to provide service delivery excellence when supporting our clients, including leading and/or participating in stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Contribute and oversee process improvement efforts to increase efficiency
• Manage staffing capacity to maintain adequate staffing and build talent.
• Actively engage in the overall on-boarding process, including interviews of new hires up through the time colleagues are fully integrated into production.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by leading team to deliver high quality client service activities.
• Follow all Marsh compliance, professional and transparency standards.
• Serve as the primary client contact on specific accounts by responding to inquiries, coordinating with front office teams, and managing contractor compliance and enrollment processes.
• Enhance Marsh’s success by optimizing contractor satisfaction, maintaining productivity standards, and managing strong relationships with carriers.
• Oversee the full contractor lifecycle on projects, including enrollment, compliance monitoring, report issuance, and timely closeout as work concludes.

What You Need To Have

• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience managing teams, 3+ in insurance, financial, or professional services.
• Language Requirements: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written), only CV's in English will be considered.
• Very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
