SoftwareOne is seeking a Power Platform Support Analyst in Medellín to work with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. You will join a service-oriented team focused on incident resolution and collaboration with technical specialists.

The role involves operational support, environment and user management, troubleshooting, and following ITSM processes. We value hands-on problem solving and a commitment to continuous learning within a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience providing technical or operational support for Microsoft Power Platform.
• Practical knowledge of components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Ability to troubleshoot applications, flows, connections, gateways, permissions, and configurations.
• Knowledge of user and permission management, security roles, DLP policies, licensing, or capacity consumption within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Manage environments, users, permissions, security roles, and Dataverse components.
• Support Power Apps and Power Automate, including applications, flows, connections, solutions, and gateways.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents by reviewing configurations, errors, logs, and other available information.
• Manage requests and incidents following ITSM processes, including follow-up, documentation, escalation, and closure.
