Quorum Software seeks a Support Consultant to join a global team delivering technical support for energy software applications. You will troubleshoot, triage, and test complex issues, collaborating with product and engineering to provide timely resolutions and knowledge base content.

You will engage with customers through multiple channels, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and participate in after-hours on-call support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Math or related field.
• Up to 3 years in solution support or implementation.
• Basic troubleshooting and bug-fix skills.
• Knowledge of .Net, Java, PL/SQL, Perl or Shell.
• Familiarity with Datacenter & Cloud infra (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• ITIL concepts and ITSM familiarity are a plus.
• Experience with CRM/ticketing tools (Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow) is beneficial.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Triage customer issues and document defects within SLAs.
• Describe problems to product/engineering with clear details.
• Assist in configuration, testing and data management tasks.
• Support master data management initiatives.
• Provide timely updates and customer satisfaction.
• Document incidents and communications for knowledge base.
• Interact with customers via Jira, Salesforce, email, WebEx, Teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support as needed.
• Complete assigned personal and team deliverables.
