Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Entry - Field Technical Consultant to join our Services team in Colombia. This hybrid role requires you to be in an HPE office on average two days per week, delivering on-site technical support and collaborating with customers.

As an early-career professional, you will apply growing technical knowledge to provide solutions, resolve routine incidents, and build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Recent graduate in a relevant engineering field (systems/electronic/mechatronic).
• 1–3 years of related experience desired.
• English at level B2 or higher.

Aufgaben

• Apply growing technical knowledge to operate a technology area for a customer group.
• Integrate technical knowledge with business understanding to create solutions.
• Resolve routine incidents independently and escalate when needed.
• Apply company solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs within area of responsibility.
• Participate in customer expectation management as part of escalation process.
• Build relationships with management in assigned accounts.
• Set expectations with customers based on defined parameters.
