Qualifications

• Recent graduates with engineering backgrounds in systems, electronics or mechatronics.
• Basic knowledge of IT environments and customer-facing roles.
• English language level at B2 or higher is expected for communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate a technology area (server administration, security or performance) for a defined customer group.
• Integrate technical knowledge with business needs to create customer solutions.
• Resolve routine incidents independently and with team support.
• Apply company solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs.
• Participate in customer expectation management as part of escalation process.
• Build relationships with account management and customers.
• Set expectations with customers based on defined parameters.
