DeleteMe is seeking an organized Event Operations Coordinator to join our global Field Marketing team in Medellín, Colombia. The role is hybrid, with in-office work two days per week and remote the rest of the time.

You will manage registrations, shipments, vendor communications, budgets, and ensure the traveling team stays aligned. There is an opportunity to grow into marketing operations with CRM hygiene and light design work.

Formación

• Professional English proficiency (C1 or higher) required.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Comfort juggling multiple external deadlines with high autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate registrations and logistics for conferences, trade shows, and industry dinners.
• Track sponsorship costs, vendor invoices and event spend against budget; flag discrepancies.
• Arrange shipping of booth materials and swag; monitor shipments and delivery timelines.
• Maintain field events calendar and coordinate deadlines with vendors and sponsors.
• Format and clean post-event lead spreadsheets for HubSpot/Salesforce upload.
• Create event-related social graphics using templates when needed.
