Rockwell Automation is seeking a DevOps Team Lead in Medellín responsible for CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and cloud infrastructure. You will balance hands-on work with team leadership, coaching engineers and coordinating delivery with development and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure platforms.

You will report to the Engineering Manager and drive automation, observability, and compliant practices while guiding a high-performing team through critical cutover and release events.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Advanced English needed.
• 5+ years of DevOps/platform engineering with leadership responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of DevOps engineers.
• Coordinate backlog and delivery commitments to align with program goals.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for reliable deployments.
• Manage cloud infrastructure via Terraform on Azure/AWS.
• Ensure observability, incident response, and security compliance.
