Outsourced is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team in Medellín, Colombia. This role focuses on building, automating, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, driving deployment automation, and ensuring high reliability across multiple environments.

You will design infrastructure with IaC, enhance platform performance, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement secure, efficient systems.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on AWS experience including EC2 and RDS.
• Proficient scripting with Python, Bash, or similar.
• Strong Linux/Unix knowledge.
• Solid networking and system architecture understanding.
• Experience with Ansible or equivalent configuration-management tools.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, AWS EKS, Docker, and containerized environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Develop automation for deployments, monitoring, and operations.
• Configure, deploy, and support applications and infrastructure environments.
• Implement and maintain integrations with third-party services.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Contribute to documentation and best practices.
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, security, and efficiency.
