PBG Consulting, a technology-focused firm, is seeking an AI Engineer in Medellín, Colombia, to design, develop, and deploy AI models for client projects. The role combines on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home arrangements in a hybrid setup.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions, building neural networks, evaluating models, and ensuring production readiness while staying current with AI advances.

Formación

• Strong CS foundation including algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks.
• Proficient in Python and Java for AI development.
• Hands-on NLP experience with text data and libraries.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate in hybrid teams.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is beneficial.
