Job summary

Sanofi is hiring a Hub Operations Support Coordinator for the Bogotá hub. The role focuses on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, coordinating visits, facilities, budgets, and onboarding while delivering a positive employee experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will work across functions including Digital, People & Culture, Workplace Experience, and HSE to ensure business continuity and employee engagement, with advanced English required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, operations, or related field.
• Experience in administrative operations, office coordination, or workplace services is preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, POs, vendor relationships, and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external visits, meetings, catering, transportation, security, and on-site logistics.
• Manage visitor experience initiatives, access cards, and hub branding materials.
• Support facility-related activities for smooth workplace experience.
• Track budgets, expenditures, and financial allocations; maintain monitoring tools.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain headcount records.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely invoice and payment processing.
• Assist with procurement processes and PO creation; maintain documentation.
• Plan hub off-sites and employee engagement activities; oversee events logistics.
