Galderma Colombia SA is seeking an experienced HSE & Workplace Services Partner to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment across our Colombian operations. You will combine HSE initiatives with management of workplace services, facilities, fleet operations, and employee administrative services.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to deliver high-quality workplace experiences, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Valid Occupational Health and Safety License issued by the relevant authority.
• Completion of mandatory Health & Safety certification/training requirements.
• 5-8 years of experience in Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, or related areas.
• Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and service providers.
• Experience overseeing facility operations, administrative services, and workplace programs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain HSE programs compliant with local laws and company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and safety audits to identify hazards.
• Lead emergency preparedness plans, drills, and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate incident investigations with proper documentation and follow-up.
• Deliver health and safety training and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor compliance with corporate HSE requirements and local regulations.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of office facilities.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and facility procurement.
• Coordinate logistics and support for internal meetings, events, and activities.
• Prepare reports and analyses related to safety, facilities, and performance.
