Arup invites energetic HSE interns to join a six-month, full-time internship in Bogota, Colombia. You will support developing innovative HSE solutions, learn regulatory HSE requirements in Colombia and Latin America, and help evaluate planning techniques for master planning projects.

You will review information and contribute to due diligence reports while developing professional skills in a global consultancy.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing their bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related subjects.
• Advanced proficiency (verbal and written, B2 or above) in English and Submit your resume in English.
• Sound knowledge of HSE aspects, HSE risks assessment studies, HSE regulation, international frameworks and HSE reporting, among others.
• Good communication (written and oral) skills essential for team-based working
• Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
• Must be eligible to work in Colombia without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future
• Candidates must be enrolled at one of the listed universities for consideration.

Aufgaben

• Assist with the development of innovative solutions to HSE problems.
• Understand regulatory HSE in Colombia for gaining approval at different project stages.
• Work with the team to evaluate, select, and apply standard HSE planning and design techniques for site development and master planning projects.
• Help review project information and produce reports for HSE due diligence in Colombia and LatAm.
