Jobtailor is seeking a senior HRIS professional to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS systems, with strong experience in SuccessFactors and data analytics. You will collaborate with IT, conduct audits, and lead implementation projects across the corporate HRIS landscape.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure data integrity and system improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Prior experience with HRIS systems.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Talent Acquisition Module, and Reporting & Analytics.
• Ability to communicate findings, analysis, implications, and recommendations to varied stakeholder audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams and enterprise functional areas.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate with other HR systems.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement updates, enhancements, and new functionalities.
• Monitor HRIS system performance and conduct regular audits for data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify system and data issues and propose improvements to systems, data, and workflows.
• Support BG Super Users in testing new and enhanced system solutions and provide business feedback.
• Serve as a system ambassador and implementation support within the business unit.
• Bring business-group perspectives and feedback to global processes.
• Liaise with the Corporate HRIS team regarding system changes, enhancements, and updates.
• Participate in project-plan design and adhere to project timelines.
• Report project progress on assigned tasks clearly and promptly to all management levels.
• Define implementation and contingency plans.
• Follow project-management methods, procedures, quality objectives, and progress metrics.
• Participate in and lead special projects as requested.
