INDI Staffing Services is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. You will work with business units, address HR issues, and help develop people-focused programs.

You will support expatriation matters, stay updated on regional labor regulations, and drive retention through data-driven analysis while maintaining compliance and strong communication across the LATAM region. English proficiency and IT industry HR experience are highly valued.

Formación

• Experience in HR roles within the area and strong people skills.
• Knowledge of labor regulations across Argentina and Latin America.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Experience in IT industry or regional HR responsibilities is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Hold regular meetings with business units and management to guide HR issues.
• Analyze retention metrics and develop programs to reduce turnover.
• Stay updated on legal requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interpret HR policies and provide guidance to staff and managers.
• Address complex employee-related problems with sound solutions.
• Assist international employees with expatriation and HR matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Stay updated on the legal requirements related to the daily management of employees, giving priority to the reduction of legal risks and guaranteeing regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance and assistance in interpreting HR policies.
• Solve complex problems of various kinds related to employees.
• Assist international employees with expatriation assignments and HR-related matters.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar positions within the area.
• Knowledge of the labor regulations of Argentina and Latin America.
• Communication skills.
• Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility (desirable).
• Advanced English level.
