The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of Outsite Bogota in a continuing effort to provide an outstanding guest experience while maximizing the brand’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
A. Operations
Supervising and managing all operational aspects of Outsite Bogota to the highest level of efficiency possible, including but not limited to:
- Overseeing and supervising all staff schedules, management, and operations
- Supervising the overall performance of all departments ad conducting reviews
- Ensuring all processes of the Hotel operate smoothly and performing inspections
- Assisting in the hiring, supervising, and scheduling of vendors
- Assisting in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff
- Making and approving purchase orders
- Keeping track of orders and expenses according to budget
- Keeping track of inventory of goods and supplies
- Managing and prioritizing all maintenance needs
- Overseeing that all maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Keeping track of all routine maintenance is completed as required
- Enforcing required safety and emergency standards for the Hotel, guests, and employees
- Being on-call for emergencies
B. Administration
Executing the administrative aspects of the Hotel:
- Making payments to suppliers and vendors, including bookkeeping and vendor management
- Assisting in the approval and tracking of staff payroll
- Consolidating and bookkeeping of monthly revenue and expenses
- Assisting in financial reporting of profit and loss
- Communicating to accountants all relevant information
- Submitting reports to all corresponding agencies as required
- Submitting monthly occupancy and revenue reports to corresponding tax authorities as required
- Renewing and maintaining licenses and permits as required
- Ensuring compliance in all operational aspects of the Hotel
C. Revenue & Performance
Monitoring key hotel performance metrics:
- Working with the team on pricing, availability, promotions, and inventory strategy
- Identifying opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue
- Monitoring OTA performance and ensuring listings, rates, availability, and content are accurate
- Reviewing booking trends and identifying operational implications
- Working toward established occupancy and revenue targets
D. Guest Experience
Providing an outstanding Outsite guest experience:
- Taking ownership of escalated guest complaints
- Monitoring guest feedback, reviews, ratings, and recurring complaints
- Identifying trends in guest feedback and implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring consistent service standards throughout the property
- Responding to urgent or high-priority guest situations
E. Project Management
Supporting and managing the opening of the new Bogota property from pre-opening through launch:
- Coordinating opening timelines, priorities, and operational deliverables
- Coordinating with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the property is ready for opening
- Overseeing the procurement, delivery, installation, and setup of furniture, equipment, supplies, technology, and other operational needs
- Establishing and testing operational processes, systems, and SOPs before opening
- Assisting with the hiring, onboarding, and training of the opening team
- Conducting pre-opening inspections and identifying and resolving outstanding issues
- Managing opening checklists and ensuring all critical tasks are completed on time
- Identifying potential operational risks before opening and proactively addressing them
- Supporting a smooth transition from the opening project into day-to-day hotel operations
