Hilton Bogota is seeking a Sales Manager Site Bogota to drive group sales and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will generate new business, manage key accounts, and lead end-to-end sales processes while coordinating with the events and service teams to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

In this role you will develop targeted strategies, negotiate contracts, and supervise a team to maintain high performance.

• Generate and convert new business: research, prospect, and qualify leads to drive group sales.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for assigned market segments.
• Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: proposals, site visits, terms, and contracts.
• Manage booking details and enter accurate reservation information in the system.
• Inspire and develop the team by coaching and fostering a productive work environment.
