Four Seasons Bogotá is seeking a Senior Security Leader to manage the property’s Security and Health Safety Team, ensuring compliance with local laws and Four Seasons standards. You will oversee local security policies, crisis plans, and risk assessments in collaboration with hotel leadership.

Ideal candidate has luxury hotel security experience, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Experience in luxury hotel security preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to adapt to changing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Local Security Policies and Procedures and Crisis/Emergency Plans in line with local laws.
• Collaborate with General Manager to ensure security measures meet guidance.
• Implement Local SG-SST requirements.
• Conduct annual security risk assessments and as needed.
• Ensure alignment with Health & Safety legislation and local laws.
• Build relationships with local law enforcement and emergency responders.
• Approve job descriptions for Security Department members.
• Deliver security and safety training to Security and other departments.
• Act as line manager for Security Officers when no Assistant Manager.
• Create training programs and job descriptions for Security staff.
• Maintain and update Local Security Policies and Procedures.

Job Overview

Responsible for detailed management of the property’s Security and Health Safety Team, ensuring compliance with all relevant security policies and local law. Oversees production of local security policies, crisis and emergency plans, and aligns security measures with risk assessments.

Location

Modern luxury in Bogotá, Colombia. The property is situated in the buzzing Zona Rosa area, providing close proximity to shopping, nightlife, and cafés.

Responsibilities

• Detailed production of Local Security Policies and Procedures, Crisis/Emergency Plans, incorporating local laws and requirements.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure baseline and risk‑based security measures meet required guidance intentions.
• Implement the Local SG‑SST.
• Conduct security risk assessments at least annually and as needed.
• Ensure policies and procedures align with local law and Health & Safety legislation.
• Form relationships with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and other security stakeholders.
• Approve job descriptions for Security Department members.
• Ensure delivery of appropriate security and safety training to Security and other relevant Departments.
• Act as line manager for Security Officers if no Assistant Manager.
• Produce job descriptions and training program for all Security Department members.
• Maintain and update Local Security Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous Security experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to constant change within the Hotel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Team‑orientation and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficient reading, writing, and oral communication in English.
