Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Health Economics & Market Access Lead for Colombia, based in Bogota. You will drive market access strategies, VBHC initiatives, and reimbursement activities with external payers and providers to enable access for orthopedic solutions and related technologies.

The role requires deep knowledge of Colombia’s healthcare system, 5+ years in HEMA, strong communication, and travel across the region.

Formación

Deep expertise in Colombia healthcare systems.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health Economics & Market Access.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive edge.
Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to fill market access gaps.
Strong collaboration skills with a proactive approach to engaging with stakeholders.
Fluency in English is required.
Willingness to travel nationally and regionally, including overnight stays.

Responsabilidades

Implement Market Access Strategies for key technologies in Colombia, collaborating with Commercial and Marketing teams.
Drive VBHC strategy for strategic products and procedures, aligned with business goals.
Analyze macroeconomic trends, health economics, epidemiology, market access, and reimbursement insights.
Engage stakeholders including payers and providers to improve patient access.
Develop health economics business cases to support access and adoption of technologies.
Provide training sessions for internal and external stakeholders on value propositions.
