The Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) Manager for Colombia is an essential role focused on driving market access strategies and value-based healthcare initiatives. The HEMA Lead Colombia leads Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) strategy and execution for DePuy Synthes ensuring optimal reimbursement, access, and adoption of innovative orthopaedic solutions. The role is accountable for shaping value-based access strategies, engaging key external stakeholders, and enabling sustainable business performance aligned with Colombia and LATAM priorities.
Education: University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent; a Master’s degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related fields is highly regarded.
Experience: 5-10 years of related role experience in Health Economics & Market Access, showcasing the ability to deliver results independently.
