Johnson & Johnson seeks a Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) Lead for Colombia, based in Bogota. You will drive market access strategies, VBHC initiatives, and reimbursement outcomes for DePuy Synthes solutions, ensuring optimal access for LATAM priorities.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement with payers and providers, development of health economic cases, and collaboration with regional teams. Travel nationally and regionally is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years in Health Economics & Market Access or related field.
• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to develop and articulate value propositions for payers/providers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Market Access strategies and VBHC initiatives for LATAM, especially Colombia.
• Engage with payers and providers to improve patient access and reimbursement.
• Develop compelling health economics business cases and monitor VBHC implementations.
• Collaborate with Commercial/Marketing to align access strategies with business goals.
