Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Professional Education Intern to support the execution of its Professional Education strategy across multiple divisions, including CRM, EP, and more. The role involves planning, coordination, and monitoring of medical education initiatives, training programs, and events.

You will gain exposure to healthcare professional education, event logistics, stakeholder management, and data analysis while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced or professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Professional Education programs and initiatives across multiple business divisions.
• Follow up with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Assist with digital education courses, content creation, and educational materials in alignment with Legal and Compliance requirements.
• Support administration of the Educare medical education platform, including course creation, registration management, reporting, and content adoption tracking.
• Coordinate and monitor proctorship activities, including confirmation of services, documentation management, and invoice follow-up.
