Third Way Health is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to improve patient experience by ensuring data integrity across scheduling, eligibility, and EHR integrations. You will learn workflow behaviors, identify issues, and drive fixes with a nontrivial level of ownership.

You will trace records through systems, validate data quality end to end, and contribute to production monitoring. Fluency in English and HIPAA awareness are essential as you partner with engineering and operations.

Formación

• Problem solving and ownership to drive resolution without a playbook.
• Systems thinker who traces issues through logs and data.
• Ability to script and query data; Python and SQL preferred.
• Clear communicator, fluent English.
• HIPAA awareness and handling PHI securely.

Responsabilidades

• Learn how workflows behave, notice misfits, explain why, and drive the fix.
• Trace data end to end across systems, identify origin of issues.
• Own production monitoring library and known failure modes.
• Document fixes and share with teams to prevent recurrence.
