Opella is seeking a Performance Analytics Head in Colombia to lead the analytics function and shape how performance is measured across the business. You will supervise a team of analysts and work with finance, marketing, operations, and technology to drive data-driven decisions.

You will develop measurement frameworks, deliver executive-ready insights, and partner with senior leadership to optimize growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Formación

• 7+ years in performance analytics, BI, or similar field, with leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate clearly to executives.
• Experience leading teams and promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English; executive storytelling capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the performance analytics function, aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals and business priorities.
• Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and KPIs across multiple business functions.
• Oversee collection, analysis, and reporting of business performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders to support data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team while fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports, business reviews, and executive presentations translating complex analyses into clear narratives.
• Collaborate with teams across finance, marketing, operations, and technology to ensure alignment on performance objectives and measurement standards.
