Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in Bogotá seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Operations leader to guide performance marketing across social, web, SEO/SEM and automation. You will coach teams, oversee capacity, and partner with leaders to drive consistent delivery.

You’ll lead hiring, onboarding, development, and performance conversations, ensuring clear priorities and effective resource planning in a fast-moving, matrixed environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, web, social media, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, content management, or related areas.
• 3+ years of people leadership, mentoring, or operational leadership in a marketing team.
• Experience in performance marketing areas such as web, social media, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, content management.
• Understanding of digital marketing workflows, project management, service delivery models, and resource planning.
• Experience in a matrixed, global, shared-services, or center of excellence environment.
• Ability to explain priorities clearly, work with stakeholders, and solve problems in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day support for performance marketing colleagues in Colombia.
• Coach and develop team skills across social media, marketing automation, web, SEO/SEM, and related disciplines.
• Collaborate with Marketing Studio leaders and regional partners on hiring, onboarding, development, performance conversations, and team engagement.
• Manage capacity, workload, and delivery; identify and remove blockers to keep work moving.
