Wai-8 seeks a Director of AI Automation to lead enterprise AI automation across business functions from an onsite, business-facing perspective. You will own the use-case pipeline, prioritization, workflow standards, adoption approach, and ROI measurement while ensuring governance and human-in-the-loop controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred; equivalent senior leadership experience may be considered.
• 10+ years in business transformation, process improvement, operations, automation, or related work.
• Experience leading AI-enabled automation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI automation program, including intake, prioritization, roadmap development, governance, adoption, and ROI tracking.
• Partner with leaders across multiple functions to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Create and maintain a repeatable operating model for AI automation, including templates and scoring criteria.
• Lead discovery workshops and workflow design sessions with business teams.
• Prioritize opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, data readiness, and scalability.
• Coordinate with IT and AI resources on architecture, data access, security, and production readiness.
• Define business requirements, acceptance criteria, controls, and human-in-the-loop expectations for automations.
• Oversee AI Automation Engineers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate an AI governance forum to evaluate use cases and monitor ROI and risk.
• Support AI literacy, training, change management, and adoption activities.
