Formación
- 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
- Proven client relationship management in IT services or custom software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in digital transformation or modernization programs
- U.S. residency or valid visa and willingness to travel quarterly
Responsabilidades
- Act as trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives at large enterprise organizations
- Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption
- Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business value
- Oversee account performance metrics and continuous improvement
- Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients
