Job summary

GCG Colombia SAS seeks an Excellence Assurance Lead to oversee the corporate assurance program across operational processes and customer requirements. You will lead the Excellence Assurance team and drive evidence-based findings with actionable management insights.

You will coordinate with OPEX, QHSE, KAM and station representatives, ensuring objective assessments, timely escalation, and robust corrective actions while upholding high standards of quality and service across the organization in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Formal training in management system auditing.
• Lead auditor certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a risk-based corporate assurance program across operations and customer requirements.
• Lead the Excellence Assurance team and coordinate assessments with stakeholders.
• Approve findings, ensure evidence-based closure, and escalate where needed.
• Coordinate customer compliance activities with KAM, Operations, Opex and QHSE.
• Provide management with insights on risk, effectiveness and recurring issues.
