Job summary

GCG is seeking an Excellence Assurance Lead to drive the corporate assurance program across operational processes and customer requirements. You will lead the Excellence Assurance team, supervise assessments, and convert results into actionable management insights.

The role requires strong audit knowledge, risk-based planning, and the ability to coordinate across stations, with English and Spanish proficiency. Up to 75% travel is expected in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Quality Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Formal training in management system auditing, including audit planning, evidence evaluation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Excellence Assurance team and coordinate corporate assurance program.
• Assess risk-based findings and ensure corrective actions address gaps with evidence.
• Coordinate assessments across stations and share validated practices.
• Communicate significant findings to management and escalate as needed.
• Ensure objective evaluations and closure decisions with traceable evidence.
