Instaleap is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead for its Internal Tools platform. You will own the technical vision, design scalable architectures, and drive alignment between Operations and Engineering while mentoring engineers and leading code reviews.

You will stay hands-on, explore AI-driven automation, and collaborate with product and ops teams to solve complex business challenges in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including leading technical teams.
• Strong expertise with Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable architectures.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS, marketplaces, or startup environments.
• Proven mentoring of engineers and driving technical excellence.
• Collaboration with Product, Operations, and Engineering heads.
• Strong focus on security, observability, and engineering best practices.
• English level B2 or above.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our Internal Tools platform.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions using Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Act as the technical bridge between Operations and Engineering, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and career development.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.
• Own technical quality, security, performance, and observability across our internal products.
• Stay hands-on by contributing code while leading technical decision-making.
