Sezzle is seeking a data-driven Marketplace Operations & Experimentation Specialist to join our Marketplace team. You will partner with product, engineering, data, design, and partnerships to run multiple experiments and translate results into actionable recommendations. This remote role in Colombia offers growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You’ll manage experiments, onboarding of stores, and reporting while maintaining QA and leveraging AI tools to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (CS/Software/Data Science/Math) required.
• 1–3+ years of experience in operations, experimentation, or product analytics.
• Highly organized; capable of running many tests and workstreams concurrently.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English across teams.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL and dashboards; interpret A/B results.

Responsibilities

• Set up, QA, and launch AB tests across Marketplace features with correct targeting, variants, and tracking.
• Monitor tests, flag issues early, and report results when significance is reached.
• Maintain a single source of truth for all tests: live status, audience, and learnings.
