Job summary

Wonolo is hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to join its Marketing team. You’ll build automation, AI-powered flows, and campaigns that drive acquisition, activation, and retention for a global workforce marketplace.

You will work with low-code tools, leverage data, and collaborate with operations to optimize campaigns across markets. The role focuses on building scalable systems, testing activation strategies, and continuously improving funnel performance to move revenue attainment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, technical marketing, or a role where you owned both strategy and build.
• Shipped internal tools that teams fully adopted and used to inflect marketing KPIs.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Smartly, or similar) to build and optimize triggered campaigns.
• You can build autonomously using low-code and AI tools without needing an engineering ticket.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), including prompt design and evaluation loops.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market health data across active markets and activate appropriate campaign responses.
• Own end-to-end campaign prioritization and execution—from audience to channel and messaging.
• Partner with Business Operations to gather qualitative intel and sharpen decisions.
• Work from established playbooks while flagging when adjustments are needed.
• Report campaign performance with clear insights on what worked.
