South is seeking a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing to own customer acquisition and marketing performance across channels. You will partner with Product, Data, Risk, and Operations to align growth initiatives with business goals, while leading a growth team and owning ROI.

The role is 100% remote with residency in South America; you will manage budgets, optimize CAC, CPL, and ROAS, and drive data-informed decisions to accelerate scalable growth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or customer acquisition roles.
• 3+ years in a leadership position managing growth marketing teams.
• Proven experience managing monthly marketing budgets of at least $50,000 with scalable growth.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, paid social/paid search, and conversion optimization.
• Deep understanding of attribution modeling, funnel analytics, and marketing performance metrics.
• Advanced analytical skills to translate data into strategy and actions.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills; resident of South America.

Responsabilidades

• Develop multi-channel growth strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
• Own performance across paid search, social, display, affiliates, and partnerships.
• Identify new opportunities and build scalable growth initiatives.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion at each stage.
• Manage monthly marketing budgets and ensure ROI and business outcomes.
• Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Set up A/B testing, dashboards, and performance reporting; align with Product, Data, Risk, Ops.
• Mentor and scale the growth marketing team as the business grows.
