Power Digital is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to coordinate multiple client accounts and cross-functional teams. You will act as the hub between the account team and clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of digital marketing initiatives from inception to completion in a fast-paced agency setting.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, maintain detailed progress updates, manage risks, and optimize processes.

Formación

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading projects in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMI/PRINCE2 certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, and cross-functional team members via Asana.
• Create and execute deliverable plans, adjusting to changing needs.
• Oversee scope, risk, schedule, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide recaps and action items after account calls with follow-up.
• Evaluate new work requests, assign resources, and schedule actions.
• Deliver regular progress updates to internal teams and clients.
• Identify process improvements within internal and client workflows.
