Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking the first data analyst dedicated to Growth and Experimentation. You will own the experimentation program, design tests, and provide readouts across web funnels, SMS/drip, sales-driven tests, and SEO tests built on our page-clustering tooling.

You’ll also oversee the acquisition-to-conversion funnel across paid, organic, and partner channels. You’ll work with dashboards, tooling, and rigor scaffolding already shipped, moving toward a self-serve layer.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and Python to automate statistics and signals.
• Comfort with dbt and Lightdash for analytics tooling.
• Fluent in experiment instrumentation and funnel analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the experimentation rigor: test design, power calculations, and readouts across growth tests.
• Develop and extend the self-serve layer with automated Growth metrics and AI tooling.
• Model the Growth funnel (visitor→lead→customer) and align CAC/LTV with channel economics.
• Collaborate with CRO, growth PMs, and marketing to shape tests and decisions.
