Importante empresa del sector is seeking a Brand and Marketing Specialist to lead its digital marketing ecosystem. You will drive lead generation, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance the company’s online presence through inbound strategies, SEO, CRM management, and campaigns.

The role requires 6–7 years in digital marketing (B2B), with strong analytics, English proficiency (B2-C1), and on-site work in Bogotá, Colombia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 6–7 years of Digital Marketing experience managing B2B accounts.
• Proven experience in Inbound Marketing, SEO, PPC, and Social Media Management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Advanced English level (B2-C1) required.
• Availability to work on-site in Bogotá, Colombia.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead inbound marketing initiatives to attract, convert, and retain customers.
• Optimize website performance and SEO positioning through keyword strategies and content optimization.
• Monitor and improve digital conversion funnels and customer journeys.
• Manage and analyze CRM data to generate insights and strengthen customer engagement initiatives.
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate and manage external digital agencies to ensure alignment with business goals and KPI achievement.
• Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics, reporting performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated digital initiatives.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
