Qualifications

This role combines expertise in graphic design, visual storytelling, and presentation design to transform complex data, insights, and business content into clear, engaging, and visually impactful communications.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud, embraces emerging AI-powered creative technologies, and is passionate about maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with analysts, marketing teams, commercial stakeholders, and leadership to develop creative solutions that strengthen Circana's brand and enhance audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Storytelling

• Create visually compelling presentations, marketing materials, infographics, digital assets, event materials, and other branded communications.
• Translate complex business concepts, market data, insights, and analytics into clear and engaging visual experiences.
• Apply strong principles of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, color, and information design to communicate ideas effectively.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with analysts, marketing teams, commercial leaders, and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver high-impact creative solutions.
• Present design concepts and recommendations while incorporating feedback effectively.

Innovation & AI Enablement

• Leverage emerging technologies, including generative and agentic AI tools, to enhance creativity, accelerate production, and improve workflows.
• Utilize AI platforms such as Claude and other creative technologies for ideation, content development, prompt engineering, and design optimization.
• Explore new design trends, animation techniques, and workflow automations to improve efficiency and creative quality.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and priorities effectively across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, or visual communications, preferably within a corporate B2B environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, presentation design, typography, layout, branding, and information design.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma and Canva is a plus.
• Experience designing for both digital and print environments.
• Motion graphics, animation, and video production experience are considered a plus.
• Experience utilizing generative AI tools and familiarity with prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, copyright, and intellectual property considerations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
