Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, or visual communications, preferably in a corporate B2B environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, presentation design, typography, layout, branding, and information design.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma and Canva is a plus.
• Experience designing for both digital and print environments.
• Motion graphics, animation, and video production experience a plus.
• Experience utilizing generative AI tools and familiarity with prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, copyright, and intellectual property considerations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling presentations, marketing materials, infographics, digital assets, event materials, and other branded communications.
• Translate complex business concepts, market data, insights, and analytics into clear, engaging visual experiences.
• Apply strong visual hierarchy, typography, layout, color, and information design to communicate ideas effectively.
• Partner with analysts, marketing teams, commercial leaders, and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver high-impact creative solutions.
• Present design concepts and recommendations while incorporating feedback effectively.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, accelerate production, and improve workflows.
• Utilize AI platforms for ideation, content development, prompt engineering, and design optimization.
• Explore new design trends, animation techniques, and workflow automations to improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and priorities across stakeholders.
