Job summary

UPL is seeking a meticulous Production Artist to support the Communications team with high-quality print and digital marketing materials. You will reformats, updates, and prepares files, ensuring brand compliance and tight timelines.

Responsibilities include creating professional graphics for presentations, managing assets, and coordinating with marketing and agencies to deliver on-brand materials for local markets.

Qualifications

• English B2 or higher is required.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Ability to work strictly within brand templates and guides.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and pre-press requirements.
• Experience creating high-quality graphics and slides in PowerPoint.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to support our Communications team by creating, updating, and maintaining high-quality marketing materials for print and digital use.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and reformat brochures, product guides, data sheets, and marketing collateral using approved brand templates.
• Prepare print-ready and digital files while ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand compliance.
• Manage file organization, asset libraries, and version control.
• Create co-branded materials and custom designs when needed.
• Design professional PowerPoint presentations and visual content.
• Resize and adapt advertising materials for local market needs.
• Coordinate approvals and collaborate with marketing, communications, and agency partners.
• Deliver projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

• English B2 or Higher
• Expert Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign.
• Proven ability to work strictly within established templates and brand style guides.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, including color management, file formats, resolution, and pre-press requirements.
• Solid experience with image manipulation, optimization, and upgrading assets using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, professional graphics and slides in Microsoft PowerPoint quickly.
• Excellent organizational and file management skills.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred: Experience supporting marketing, communications, or creative services teams.
