Porch Group in Colombia is seeking a Graphic Designer to support high-volume production of print and digital ads. This role focuses on designing to templates, preparing press-ready files, and delivering campaigns on tight deadlines.

You will work remotely, collaborate with the sales team and clients, improve weak copy, and ensure brand consistency. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required, with strong English and proofreading skills.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in print and digital advertising design.
• Advanced InDesign proficiency is required and used as the main tool in the workflow.

Job Summary

We produce advertising for businesses across print and digital channels. This role is responsible for designing and producing those advertisements at volume, on deadlines set by our print schedule.

The work is primarily production design: building advertisements to established templates and specifications from written instructions and client-supplied materials. Client-supplied text, images, and copy are frequently weak. Improving that material into advertising that actually works is a core part of the role.

What You Will Do As A Graphic Designer

• Design print advertisements to established templates and specifications
• Prepare press-ready files, including bleed, CMYK conversion, resolution, and font handling
• Design email and social advertising creative
• Execute revisions and corrections to existing advertisements, frequently on short notice
• Proofread all work prior to release
• Enter and maintain advertisement data accurately
• Coordinate with the sales team on questions, revisions, and production issues
• Work directly with clients by phone and email to collect assets, make changes, clarify requirements, and confirm approval

AI Tools

• Generative fill and expand, for resizing, extension, and image cleanup
• Drafting and iterating advertising copy with a language model, to strengthen copy and shorten design time

Deep expertise is not required.

What You Will Bring As A Graphic Designer

• A degree in graphic arts, design, or a related field is welcome but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in print and digital advertising design
• Advanced InDesign proficiency. InDesign is the primary program in our workflow and this requirement is firm
• Working proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience preparing files for commercial press
• English proficiency at a C1 level or higher, written and spoken. This role includes live phone calls with US-based clients, taking direction and confirming changes in real time
• Strong proofreading skills in English
• Ability to manage an independent workload against a production calendar
• Willingness to work from written direction and adapt to process changes
• Experience in direct mail, coupon, or offer-based advertising
• Experience designing within small, fixed ad dimensions and tight copy limits
• Familiarity with co-op or multi-advertiser print formats
• High-volume production experience, producing many advertisements for many small businesses rather than a few large campaigns
• Experience working with global and/or US based business teams
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

Provide a portfolio of your design work. Print samples are required, and advertising work is preferred

Pay Range : COP 5,000,000.00 to COP 5,500,000.00 salary per month
