WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Google Ads Manager to optimize paid search and shopping programs for multiple clients from Bogotá, Colombia. You will work daily inside Google Ads, turning client goals into campaigns and measurable results while sharing expertise with the team.

You will plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns, use conversion data and enhanced measurements, and explain your decisions and results to clients and internal teams. Full-time in-office role.

Formación

• 2–5 years hands-on Google Ads experience for multiple clients.
• Agency experience preferred with ability to manage several accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding and measurement.
• Ability to explain changes, decisions and observed results clearly.
• Capable of balancing priorities across many accounts with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day campaign management across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns against client goals and budgets.
• Use conversion data and value-based bidding to improve performance.
• Diagnose changes, run tests, and explain outcomes to clients and teams.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teams to improve ads and pages.
• Coach teammates and share practical Google Ads approaches.
