Qualifications

• Proven track record in recruiting top talent.
• Experience with global COE and standardization across locations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices and ATS/HRIS usage.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for defined scope, including sourcing and screening.
• Share talent market intelligence and develop hiring strategies.
• Lead TA agenda for assigned positions and improve quality of hires and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR, procurement, and business partners to align operations.
