Job summary

Sanofi Bogotá is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Talent Services to lead end-to-end recruitment across North America & Canada with a global hub focus. You will partner with local HR and TA teams, manage multiple hiring channels, and drive a data-driven approach to deliver high-quality hires while enhancing candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in recruiting top talent.
• Experience with global Centre of Excellence and standardization across locations.
• Bachelor’s degree; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open positions within scope, sourcing, screening, assessing and selecting candidates.
• Share talent and market intelligence with stakeholders and develop hiring strategies accordingly.
• Own and lead the Talent Acquisition agenda for assigned roles, focusing on quality of hires, time-to-hire and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with local HR & TA partners, stakeholders and procurement to align recruitment operations and participate in the global TA network.
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs and ROI on technology and attraction strategies; build trusted advisor relationships with heads of functions.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates and maintain data compliance across TA systems.
• Support EVP development relevant to the hub in collaboration with TA leaders and branding teams.
• Work with Country Talent Management to align internal and external talent pools.
• Demonstrate ROI with data-driven insights and drive talent assessment processes.
