Wood is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Bogota, Colombia. The role supports the global Talent Acquisition function, managing candidate and recruiter expectations and ensuring a smooth recruitment process in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication across levels. English proficiency is desirable for this global role.

Formación

• 1-5 years of Talent Acquisition coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Continuous learner with proactive mindset.
• Able to work with employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in team meetings and maintain regular communication with team members about openings and candidate status.
• Create and maintain job postings on internal and external sites, ensuring brand consistency and social posts.
• Pre-screen resumes for skills and experience and present to Recruiters.
• Post jobs according to local requirements and compliance guidelines.
• Assist recruiters with scheduling, logistics and candidate communications.
• Lead recruitment for early careers positions as assigned.
• Support onboarding coordination and communications with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation for audit trails.

The Role

Wood is currently recruiting for a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide critical recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition function (global team) by managing the expectations and requirements of candidates, hiring managers and recruiters by ensuring that all activities related to the recruitment process are progressing effectively and efficiently at all times and updating as appropriate.

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities:

• Participate in team meetings and maintain regular communication with all applicable team members related to priority openings, future staffing initiatives and status of all applicants in process
• Create and maintain job postings on internal and external sites and portals ensuring compliance with Wood's global job advert and employer brand, including social media posts.
• Initial review of resumes for suitability of skills and experience in relation to vacancy requirements. Pre-screen candidates and present to Recruiters to progress with Hiring Managers
• Post jobs according to local government requirement; for example, US jobs posted to diversity locations to ensure EEO compliance
• Assist recruiting team members with scheduling, logistics and candidate communication
• Take the lead on recruitment process for early careers positions as assigned
• Support and assist Recruiters by following up with scheduled candidates to ensure onboarding appointments are confirmed and met.
• Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, to ensure a robust and thorough audit trail
• Ensures consistent alignment to company values and behaviors

Expected

• 1-5 years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator preferred
• Experience within the Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) preferred
• Strong attention to detail; proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once

• Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management
