Flowserve Corporation seeks a Supply Chain Services Manager to lead the global SC Services function, driving governance, data accuracy, and program delivery across regions. You will oversee content for SC Hub, reporting, supplier master data, and governance of tools and apps, while coaching the SC Services team toward measurable improvements.

You will collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and regional teams to optimize systems, reporting, and user adoption, with up to 25% travel.

Formación

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain, procurement, operations, or related functions.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience leading global programs, operating-model changes, systems implementations, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong project and program-management capability with strategic problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Define the roadmap, priorities, operating model, and governance structure for Supply Chain Services.
• Oversee deployment and ongoing maintenance of programs across global regions and functions.
• Sponsor continuous-improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality and data integrity.
• Review program performance of programs, apps and tools and address barriers to delivery and adoption.
• Escalate risks and resource constraints to Supply Chain leadership.
