Job summary

Clorox is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Leader to own the end-to-end supply chain for the CCAM Cluster (Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Panama, and Caricom). The role is based in Bogota, Colombia, with hybrid work arrangements and close collaboration with regional leadership to transform and optimize supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience across manufacturing, procurement, planning and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain for the SBU Cluster across Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Panama, and Caricom.
• Coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams to achieve cluster objectives.
• Collaborate with regional procurement, competence centers, and execution teams to ensure integrated planning.
• Drive digital transformation by implementing supply chain technology and tools in partnership with regional leadership.
• Govern and lead strategic supply chain initiatives, including cost-saving programs.
