Job summary

Clorox is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Leader to own the end-to-end supply chain across the CCAM Cluster (Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Panama, and Caricom). Based in Bogota, you will partner with regional leadership to translate business decisions into actionable supply chain strategies, driving efficiency and long-term value across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain across manufacturing, procurement, planning and logistics.
• Mandatory: experience as Plant Manager, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or similar.
• Proven track record managing countries in the CCAM cluster.
• Able to attract, develop and retain diverse, high-performing teams.
• CPG/FMCG experience preferred.
• Experience driving digital transformation and deploying new technologies.
• Strong business acumen with strategy, customer needs and competitive insights.
• Trusted advisor to commercial teams influencing decisions through supply chain insights.
• Excellent communication to executive and board audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain for the SBU Cluster to ensure operational excellence.
• Coach, develop and inspire high-performing teams to meet cluster objectives.
• Collaborate with regional procurement, competence centers and execution teams for integrated planning.
• Partner with cluster leadership to strengthen end-to-end business processes.
• Drive digital transformation with supply chain tech in partnership with regional leadership.
• Govern and lead strategic supply chain initiatives including cost-saving programs.
