Marsh Risk in Bogotá is seeking a hands-on sourcing professional to lead supplier discovery, RFQs, and bid evaluations while supporting negotiations and contract documentation. You will monitor procurement performance and maintain supplier records within a global organization.

The role requires 3–6 years in sourcing or procurement operations and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain, with advanced English (C1/C2).

• Monitor supplier delivery, maintain supplier records, and resolve performance issues.
• Maintain and update sourcing trackers, contracts repository, and supplier scorecards.
• Coordinate with Procurement Services, Legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.
• Assist in capacity planning, supplier due diligence, and onboarding activities.

• Strong supplier relationship management and contract administration experience.
• Experience creating supplier scorecards, SLAs, and performance reporting.

• Familiarity with continuous improvement approaches and basic project management.
• Insurance industry experience or exposure to professional services preferred.
