Job summary

IQVIA’s Global Site Activation team seeks a Maintenance Associate to support study delivery during the maintenance phase of clinical studies. You will work with Maintenance Leads and CTRMs to ensure maintenance and regulatory activities are completed accurately and efficiently.

You will manage setup and upkeep of internal systems, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, analyze dashboards, and identify risks to keep studies on track across time zones and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience; healthcare or similar preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work on multiple projects.
• Willing to work across time zones, cultures and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, updating, and ongoing maintenance of internal systems and study databases with accurate information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure maintenance and regulatory activities meet timelines, budgets, and compliance.
• Manage and interpret study dashboards to analyze data, monitor metrics, and track compliance.
• Identify risks and issues from data analysis and escalate as needed.
