Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in site activation, study start-up, regulatory affairs, or clinical operations.
• Experience leading regional, multi-country, or global site activation activities.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations and ethics submissions.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, quality, and risks.
• Excellent sponsor/site relationship management and stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activation activities from study award through site activation to ensure timely patient enrolment.
• Develop and execute Site Activation Management Plans aligned to study strategy and timelines.
• Coordinate with sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams for start-up, regulatory submissions and country activation.
• Provide strategic guidance on regulatory requirements and submission strategies.
• Manage study timelines, risks, budgets, and operational performance.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to process improvements.
